A word from the President: 

We are a small ISP operated by computer and electronics' professionals, along with monetary backers. We have  a combined staff with over 30 years experience in computer sales, service, programming, and networking. Our staff have degrees in Electrical Engineering from ITT and in Management of Information Systems from Tennessee Tech. 

We provide Wireless Internet access, Web Hosting, and Advanced Internet Connectivity services to customers nationwide. We are proud to be a locally owned and operated company which can LOCALLY help you with problems if the need arises. Our goal as an Internet Service Provider is to offer you or your business fast, reliable Internet access and the technical support to keep your connection running smoothly. To achieve this goal we have designed our network to have the capacity to handle the ever demanding bandwidth (speed)  requirements of our subscribers. All of our dial-up locations are 100% digital, so your connection to the 'Net is at optimum speed.

We sometimes email you about exciting things happening at Info-Ed, on the internet, educational and informational material, and invoices for your service. Help save a tree, if you need a copy of an invoice, print it out on your home printer. If you do not have a printer, we can still mail you one. Make sure you don't miss anything and please check your email at least twice a week. 

Don't forget about the exciting features listed below you can enjoy. So tell all your friends and family to join with us and get in on the fun.

1. We offer web based email. You can login and check your email across the web from any where you can get access to a web browser that is connected to the internet by going to our homepage at http://www.info-ed.com/webmail and clicking the "Webmail" button. 
2. We can accept credit cards or auto payment by bank draft (ACH). If you choose to pay by the month by credit card, ACH, mail in, walk in, or pay-pal
3. You get 5 meg of web space for your personal webpage. So experiment and put you and your family online!
4. Our servers are onsite! That means your email and web pages are brought to you faster than other ISP's around.
5. We provide free tech support.
6. You get 100 meg of email storage.
7. You get 3 free email addresses. So everyone in the family can have an email.
