Our support is limited to problems for dial-in and Info-Ed email ONLY. These sorts of problems are like:

·         If your modem is dialing in, but will not connect to our service.

·         You can’t receive or send email through Info-Ed’s email server.

We do not provide support for computer problems, software problems, printer problems, other web page problems, etc… Contact your computer technician, manufacturer, or the website administrator for problems such as these. Problems such as these are:
